Hi,
I've been using T2S for over a year and I really enjoy it the most (am posting using a screen name). Thanks for such a great application. I would like to introduce these new feature request please ...
1) Have the log name default o using hostname and a date vs. the existing one of session.2010-06-01.094003.txt. This way I can easily locate the log file without having to open each to find the correct host.
2) Enable session data capture for default session. I currently have to enable it for each session. Because I do consulting all the time, it is crucial to my business to log all my activity when I connect to client hosts. I use it for billing, documentation, and sometimes as evidence if things go bad.
3) Add a feature to manage session log files retention so that I can configure how many logs to keep e.g. 2 weeks. I currently use vb scripts to manage this feature.
Thanks again for this great piece of software.

We were planning on adding customizable log filename for future version. When this feature is added, you should be able to use hostname, date and other text string for log filenames.

Address book entry already has that option, but it seems you wish to have it for all sessions...
The custom filename option mentioned above will be a global option hence we should be able to add an extra option for starting session data capture for default sessions. :-)

In order to support this function, we need to keep track of all the log files. But when we add the custom log filename function, it becomes complicated since the filename and its location can be varied. And that seems a bit too much of a function for a terminal client.
However, with the custom log filename, you should also be able to create subfolders. With subfolders, you can group log files monthly, daily and etc. This should simplify keeping track of log files.
Thank you again for your comments and suggestions and we'll try our best to add the features mentioned above as soon as possible.
